Donald
A writer, multi-media producer, and Public Relations consultant, Donald’s work has seen him promoting both environmental sustainability and local food for three decades, including as owner/host of the Farm to Table PeterboroughCulinary Tours, pioneering Communications Manager for GreenUP/Ecology Park, and through local, national, and international media outlets.
He grows native things. And the odd fruit.
Krista
A secondary school teacher with a Masters in Environmental Science, Krista brings the message of sustainability into her relationship with all her students. She was first ever staff member of Trent University’s rooftop garden, former chair of the Trent Vegetable Gardens, and former GreenUP environmental educator.
She grows tasty things.
